Santa came early to Bistro 164 this year and brought us a new stove. It's kinda like we're in the big leagues now. We are so in LOVE with it. No exaggeration. First meal we did was my favourite pork tenderloin recipe, Maple Pork Tenderloin. Turned out fabulously. As well as Honeyed Carrots with Thyme from a Chef Lynne Crawford recipe. And to top it off, a recipe that I NEED to add to the Bistro 164 blog: the sous chef's very own Cabbage Salad recipe. AMAZING! Stay tuned for even more delicious recipes from Bistro 164!
